Reflection on vision of future of business leadership I feel that future of business leaders are going to be uncertain as well as difficult in nature wherein the leaders will be faced with different challenges. The challenges are related to the communication, financial and security wherein the risk is high and there is volatility. According to me, I feel that the leaders need to take up different kind of techniques as that will help them in managing the different tasks in an effective manner. I feel that the development of the leadership has to be done with the implementation of different leadership theories and methods that will help in succession planning of leadership in an effectual manner. Furthermore, I feel that the leaders are the ones who take up different challenges and that needs to be handled by them in an effective manner. The leaders can implement the different on and off the job training methods that will help them in solving different issues and establish a proper and effective environment as well. I feel with different educational programs, the leadership can be developed effectively and this will help in developing leadership effectively.
